This week kicked off with April Fools’ Day on a Monday, Mercury entering retrograde, and pre-eclipse energy rising. And in the universe of e-commerce, specifically on planet BestReviews, a weird and wonderful opportunity emerged.
If you’re a Preferred Partner at BestReviews, you’ll hear all about this from me directly.
“I’M GOING TO BE ON TELEVISION”
There are national news stations planning lifestyle segments and I’m helping source the brands and products that will be featured. The news stations will need samples to show on air. I’ll list the segments and related themes below. If you see a segment theme that’s a match for your brand, send a pitch my way!
I’ll review and send your pitches along to the broadcast coordinator, and if we get a green light, I will send you the news station address so you can send your sample.
This is a weird and wonderful opportunity, since all it requires is a sample for a shot to be featured on-air.

YA YA
Solar eclipse aside, Cowboy Carter is what’s really been making waves this week. We ran some related content on BestReviews, like Levi’s changes its name to Beyoncé’s spelling in a nod to ‘Cowboy Carter’ and Converse jumps on the cowboy trend with new ‘Western’ Chuck Taylors. We are not changing the site name to BeyReviews, but if the queen drops a remix on her track YA YA it might be worth considering. Unless someone else is already on it.
SAMSUNG SPOTLIGHTS
BestReviews visited Samsung at CES back in January to get a first glance at new releases. Plus, last month Samsung invited BestReviews to test all of their TV and audio products ahead of the devices going to market. BestReviews testing editors spent time with each device and delivered epic reviews.

Until next opp!
